Seat Heater - not the thermostat, what next? 850 1997

I dug out the thermostat on the seat that has no heat. Switched with the passenger seat and, still no heat on the driver's side and plenty of heat on the passenger's. Therefore, not the thermostat.

I checked for voltage on the wires that go to the thermostats and there's power accross the passenger side, but not accross the driver's side. The switch light works.

What now? Is there a relay that goes bad? Something else likely?
