Heated Seats Questions S70

I was messing around with the car today and i took out the area with the coin tray and i saw electrical connectors where the seat heating switches would go.

My car doesn't have the cold weather package so no seat heaters :(...

So my question is, can i just buy the switches for the heaters and have the toasty buns i want? I figured since they put the wiring in why not the elements and just let the dealer put the switches and make the money? I have seen alot of pre-wiring on volvos. Thanks for the help.
