Pulsing in braking

Hey you guys...
well I haven't been able to fix this one...so maybe someone out there can help me out.

The problem is that at times when I am braking....the road is perfectly fine, my brake pedal will pulse and the car won't stop as quickly as it should. I have to release and then re brake to obtain the full braking power.

Anyways...I went to the dealer...they said my rotors were wharped and they replaced them free.

Now....the pulsing hasn't stopped. i still get it.....and the dealer cannot figure it out. Of course, I can never get the car to mimic it again while they are driving it.

So....yah...they said that if they replace the rotors....they will charge me for it. Is that true....even though I'm still under warranty?

Thanks for your help.
