OBD reset & emissions...how long do I have to drive it before it's ready? S70 1998

I recall seeing info about this at some point recently on this board. Do a search of the archives for specifics. If I remember correctly, however, this is something that you shouldn't have to pay for because it failed twice. I think I recall that a dealer must do it for you for free and you may be able to get it inspected without having to pay again. Thanks to Ray N for posting the instructions on exactly how to do this, but I don't know any roads in my area (Boston) where I could perform this operation myself without it being the middle of the night. I believe the dealer is resposible for doing this for you for free.

Good luck. Hopefully they won't have this sort of test up here in MA next month when I have to get re-inspected.
