Problem with improved Headlight Switch V70-XC70 1998

Who says the replacement H/L switch is "improved". When mine failed, the one they handed me as a replacement bore the exact same Volvo part number, and looked identical in every detail to the original. True to form, the replacement survived almost equally as long as the original switch.
