ABS Trac question 850 1996

These 2 warning lights have started to come on. Another symptom is that occasionally the outside teperature sensor reads 105+F degrees (it's only 50F or so outside) The final symptom is that the overhead lights do not come on when the doors open, but he doors do (yes, the switch is set correctly) A wiring harness is implicated here, particularly the one around the fuse box. Where is this harness exactly and how difficult is it to make the chane (I am an electronics engineer, but auto electrical systems are notoriously difficult to work on). Any words of wisdom out there?
