NON WORKING SPEEDOMETER 94 850 850

Your problem is most likely the gear in the speedometer. That's what happened to mine at 104K mi. It is literally a 2 cent part. If you are adventurous enough to take out the cluster ( not too bad with the bay 13 instructions )and then take out the speedo mechanism ( 25 or so screws in the instrument cluster ) you can send the mechanism to a speedo repair place. For about $100 they will repair it. I used one in Austin, Tx. The alternative is a new speedo from the dealer and a " I've been altered" sticker for the door. Nobody will sell you the gear.
