Plastic or Rubber Top Engine Mount? 850 1997

I went with the OEM unit. The new set up from Volvo is to replace the whole mount with the bushing installed in it. Mine craped out on my 2000 S70/GLT at 20K mi......dealer said he will replace them as fast as I can bust em.... mount, bushing...and labor.....all under warranty. Yea....I'll stick with OEM....untim my 70K VIP aint in force anymore.
