Factory Volvo 850R tire/wheel size. Help! Help! Help! 850 1996

Sorry to bring this up folks. I know this issue has been brought up before.

I am an 96 Volvo 850R owner. I am currently in the process of filing a claim for repair with the extended warranty I have on my car. It is for a big suspension repair job. To my dismay, the claim is currently being denied and I am disputing it with the insurance comapny.

The reason for them denying my claim was because I had swapped my 17 inch wheels for a smoother riding 16 inch wheels. Their argument was that 16 inch wheels was never an option for the high-pressure turbo models (i.e. the 850R).

I have, in front of me, a brochure for 850 T-5R that clearly stated the no-cost option of 205/50/16 tire/wheel combination. I know it is a no-cost option for 850R as well but I have no way of proving it.

Does anyone have a brochure that clearly states that 205/50/16 tire/wheel combination was a no-cost option for 850R. It would be great if I can get a copy or even the brochure. I would be mroe than glad to pay for it.

thank you very much,
Olson
