change water tank but still got evaporation 850 1995

i have a Volvo 850 GLE 1995, i had a crack i the old water tank ( the plastic box where u fill water in) and it was loosing the vapor ofwhen the car is driven for 30 min or so.

i baught a new tank and cap( original volvo parts) and changed them, it worked for 2 days then it started again letting the vapor from under the cap now ( its teh same size as the old one and i've tighten it ) .
this problem i think started after the volvo repair shop replaced my valve head ( or something, its related to the transmission) but they taold me that i had to change thos things , and the problem is still there.

any body has any ideas?

thank u for ur help.
