Winter Volvo

Generic99, feel bad for you....customer service SHOULD have been friendly, especially if they value their customers!!!! In any event most folks have found that the cabin filter lasts only about 1/2 the change interval suggested by Volvo! I change mine twice a year/Spring-Fall approx every 6 months! You can do it yourself, pretty easy, just remember to remove any extra floor mats as there is not alot of clearance when you slide the filter up into its slot and you will have to bend/curve it while you put in! It saves you $25-50 in labor! Good luck, Bill
