Winter Volvo

Well, you're right. I DO work for a dealership but not the one you've mentioned. Besides my last comments, I can add that whether your believe it or not, ALL Volvo dealers are graded by Volvo for CSI so I know that they do TRY and that's far more than I can say about most other types of businesses that I deal with.
Let's talk about the so called medical profession, so far I've spent about $1000 out of pocket for tests not covered by my "excellant" health insurance (costs about $100+ per week) for problem that my wife has had for months and that has not yet been diagnosed or cured by any of several doctors. Are we thrilled? Can we complain? NO! I had a car totally repainted, 4 return trips to the body shop afterwords to get unfinished details done right and STILL not done to my standards. No one there to complain to either.
Sorry....just venting too. I could go on as we live in an imperfect world but....
