Engine turns but won't start

Thanks for all the advise...............
Though it is seems that the car has no fuel and no spark........
On Board Diagnostics unit gives a weird voltage problem. Diode lights up right away when I turn the ignition key on and place the ground lead on the following sockets: A1, A2 and A6. I can read codes from A3......ABS module, maybe because it is a separate module. I can also reset service light on socket A7.
