Best source for new air puimp

The Air Pump has been a HUGE issue. Volvo totally screwed it up and has been 100% chickenshit on this one. To my knowledge almost every one from 96 has crapped as have earlier and 97 as well! (And I don't think Volvo has paid out a red cent)

The problem is the faulty EGR valve. $700 seems high - parts (EGR Valve, pump and sometimes relay total about $300)... the labor ain't no $400 worth!

See bay13, I don't know the exact link. Their instructions are spot on with pictures, etc...
