European Turn Signal Assembilies S70

I was interested in changing my turn signal assembilies on my S70 to resemble cars that are produced for the European Market. I was wondering if any one knows of a good place to purchase such a product, as well as if there is a reflector in the European design. In addition, does anyone know of different color lights for the turn signals? Thanks for any advice.
