Won't start on occasion 850 1994

I have a 94 850 Turbo that is experiencing a very frustrating and intermittant symptom of not starting. Turn the key and the car will fire up for only a second, then stop. No idle.... It's almost like it is flooding. After 10 to 15 minutes of trying to start it, it will finally fire up as if nothing was wrong. There are no error codes generated. When this happens, with each attempt to start the car, the engine will attempt to idle longer before stopping.

Anyone have any ideas????
