Where 's Volvos responsibility come in?????

SteveF-your right in that the only one who is going to look out for themselves is themselves!!! But how does Volvo get away with a crappy support network at higher than normal shop rates???? If we were talking Kia, Hyundai I would understand but there is no excuses for Volvo! My feeling is the quality had taken a down turn in the mid 90's and now they don't know how to "manage" all the new found problems with the more sophistcated designs and S*^T suppliers they use! It shouldn't be a crap shoot in going to a volvo dealer--independents YES but not a high priced volvo dealer!
