Resurface brake rotor

I've got 80K on my 98T5 and kept the stock rotors and replaced the pads with PBR the I got from IPD. After a month, no problems to reports and they are stopping fine. This is my second brake change so I'll probably be looking at rotors the next time around. I barely get any brake dust with the new pads and as long as I don't develop any squeeking, it should be fine.
I'm sure that there's probably an increased risk of the rotor warping with a hard brake pad, but I thought I would see how it holds up.
