Replace 98 XC rear brake pads and rotor V70-XC70 1998

Hi, My 98 XC is due for replacing rear brake pads and rotors very soon. I read Bay13's instructions several times. I found my 98 XC has a different brake capliper. It does not have a spring like pointed in the picture. The caliper is made by Girling. It looks similiar to the one in the picture but no springs and holes on caliper.
I would like to know how to replace pads and rotors. What torque should I apply to it?
I am also wondering what aftermarket brakes are good for xc. Any commnets are welcome.
