Recall campaign 109 - What is done ? S40-V40 2000

I received a letter sometime back regarding this recall campaign. At the time I didn't have a problem with the light going off constantly.

So, instead of taking it in I ran with it till now. Why push my luck with someone horsing around with the car if everything is working fine? Still no check engine light problem, but I believe the valve in question does need to be changed. Mine is the grey color valve, not the black/white valve. The ALLDATA TSB states if the valve IS grey, replace it.

What, if anything, changed with your car after the "fix".

Thanks

Miker
