New Recall??? 850

I thought that I just heard on a NYC Radio Station that there was a recall issued by Volvo on som e of their mid-90's cars, the 850 included, with regard to the "heating element" used in the seats, which has been linked to car fires on the Volvo. Nobody I've talked to can tell me for sure if this RECALL is true. Any advice?
