It's not unusual for the coolant to be slightly low in the bottle when COLD. When hot, the fluid level increases and should be at or near the maximum full mark but if not, just top it off as it's no big deal IMO.
The ATF is also checked after the trans is HOT, driven for at least 20 minutes. Chances are that both fluid levels are within specs.
