Hissing Noise from under dash S80

Hi folks, I have a 1999 T-6 question for you. I have noticed a hissing (air leak type) noise coming from under the dash after I apply the brakes. Noise presents itself after I have been driving for about 10 minutes or so and then apply the brake. It lasts for about 20-30 seconds and then goes away on its own or immediately if I tap the brake pedal until I apply the brake again. I figure its some sort of leak in the power assist for the brakes. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
