oxygen sensor bench test advice 850 1994

I've been a tech for many years yet have never heard of anyone trying to test an O2 sensor as you have. It's properly done by monitoring it using a scan tool as it's doing its job, monitoring O2 in the exhaust, NOT heat with a torch.
By now, your O2 sensor is probably ruined so I'd suggest another.

Those 2 codes combined usually really mean that there's a vacuum leak, not necessarily a bad O2 sensor.
