Frustrating question V70-XC70

This is a frustrating question. I am also looking for an answer to this question. I find it unbeleivable that it is so hard to find an answer to this very simple basic question. My Saab has 4 jack points on each corner - easy to find, easy to use. What's up with the Volvo? I love the car, but I hate that little round bar near the pillar between the front and back doors. You have to jack up much more weight than if you are only jacking the corners. And where the heck do you put jack stands?????????
