strange brake in the morning backing out of the drive way V70-XC70

Ive just noticed this for a couple of days now ...in the mornings while backing out of my drive way which is at an angle (backing out downward) I NOTICED WHEN I step on the brakes to slow down or even to stop a vibration starts to begin through the pedal and through the wheel ...could some thing be loose ??? cloged??? abs dying ??? ..it kinda goes away after the car warms up???? any sugestions
