OBD II drive cycle 850 1997

How many times do you have to perform the drive cycle for the ODB II to be ready?
I am having major issues trying to pass DEQ in Oregon. I recently performed one drive cycle while I was in Montana but I think my air pump might have been frozen at that time and there was a code stored , PO410, secondary air system malfuntion. After I cleared the code using a Snapon OBD II device I performed one drive cycle but some of my systems are coming up as incomplete. Do I need to perform the drive cycle multiple times and does the car need be below a certain temperature to perform this drive ??
Any advice is helpful at this point. I want my Subaru back !!!!
