OBD II drive cycle 850 1997

Needs 2 drive cycles and the engine needs to cool down to about 50C, (I think?)between cycles....a royal pain.
I havent done it myself (nor will I ever) but we send out an hourly "tech" with Volvos VST scan tool and it seems to take the guy most of the day to get that done and go through our states emisions test with a customers car.

Beyond any doubt, it's about the most rediculous situation regarding emisions that I've ever seen or heard of to date and someone, somewhere needs to stop the insanity IMHO and somehow resolve this mess-O-BS.
