Bad Mechanic 850 1993

Funny (or not) but I made the same mistake replacing it myself. I think there's a rubber bushing on the sway bar, and I swore I put it on tight enough. But by the time I made a 20 mile round-trip, it started rattling. Tightened it up again, and it's fine.

So I suspect unless you get the sway bar seated correctly, it can appear to be tight, when it's in fact just about to pop into the proper position.

But hey, I got what I paid for . . . . Good luck!
