dry starting 850 1995

Recently since its become cold out I noticed that when starting the engine after its been sitting for more that 5 hours that it sounds like there is no oil in the engine for upto 2 secs. I put in mobile synthetic about 1 month ago and all levels are good. Is it from the viscosity of the oil (from cold)and the settling of it in the oil pan that it take that .5 to 2 seconds to recirculated and lubricate again? Is there anything I can do to prevent this because I dont like the sound of metal to metal even if its 1/2 sec.
Thanks... doug
