Yes it sounds like lifters. Very brief. The rpms goto 1300 during that time period. Then back to 950-980 rpms. Very steady and normal.
Temperature is about -5 degrees celcius.
When I received my last oil change I didnt get it flushed. Maybe I should have. (wish I did) I'll do it on the next one for sure.
