HELP! Waterpump leak???? S70 1998

O.K.
It's not the t-stat either. I pressureized the system and it is coming from behind the plastic shroud just up and to the right of the water pump.
I am trying to get the shroud off but I am having trouble.
Any tricks to it?
I found two bolts holding it on but I still can't get it off. I have most everything off except the timimg belt tensioner. It looks like a Torx fastener but none of my Torx bit go in it very far and it just wants to slip so I stopped before I screw it up.
Any tricks to getting it off?

Anyway the whole thing does not look good.
From whre the leak is it looks like a cracked block, a cracked head, or the head gasket.
How common is this?

I think I need a service manual. Where can I order one?

Thanks,

Kenric
