Any problem using power steering fluid and the ATF in the PS pump? S70 1998

Today I noticed I was low on power steering fluid so silly me put power steering fluid in to the unit(I only added about a shot glass of PS fluid). Then I read in the owners manual that I am supose to use ATF? Ya know at the time, and even now it seems to make sense to me that power steering fluid is for power steering and ATF is for automatic transmissions.
So my question is what have I unwittingly done to my car? do I need th flush the system and re-fill with ATF? if so which type of ATF? or can I just keep motoring with about a shot glass of power steering fluid and the rest the OEM ATF?
