My brother the engineer has a fix for the CE light S70 1998

When his light came on, he scanned the car and found multiple emissions failures. He went to Radio Shack and bought, oh, maybe $40 worth of stuff like a relay, some resistors, a capicitor, etc. and wired it so the CE light comes on when you start the car, and then goes off after 4 seconds. It is connected to nothing other than his little closed loop circuit. Even with the emissions failures, he still cleared Virginia's emssions inspections by a wide margin.

I think I'll have him do the same for me. I've already removed the service lamp - I change my oil every 5K miles and I look at my odometer often and can count in increments in five. So who needs the light?
