Ignition key and pollen filter questions 850 1996

1)Is there a pollen filter on the 1996 855 glt? I have heard conflicting information? Doing 90k serivce and want to change it if there is one.

2)What is the best way to get replacement keys for ignition? Dealer? Locksmith?
