how much hp can i go V70-XC70 1998

Hi, i would like to know how high can i go ( in hp ) with my v70 t5 1998.In 2-3 weeks i will have the ipd ecu and exhaust so thats gonna be around 295hp with the k&n in it.Ive found some goodies at eastern aerospace that would easily blow my car to the 350hp range.Is it going to be too hard for the automatic tranny??? any problems with the connectings rods??My car is a daily driver and i want to keep it safe so i will keep the boost setting at 14.5 psi (ipd). Any suggestions please i don`t want to do something that i will regret.Thanks Dan.
