Engine/Block Interchange Question. S70 1998

Hello,

As some of you may have seen from some earlier posts of mine. I have a 1998 S70 non-turbo with 90K miles and a cracked block. I have been looking for a good used motor to do a direct replacment or a higher mileage motor or damaged motor to get a block from so I can do a rebuild on the one I already have.

I haven't had any luck so far with S70 motors but I have found a couple core motors out of mid 90's 850's. To the naked eye these motors look the same as my '98 motor. Does anyone know if the blocks are the same for the S70 and the 850?
