Oil question V70-XC70 2002

I just picked up my V70 T5 all decked out, just love the thing, i have never had such a plush ride.

So now for a question that I'm sure has a ton of opinion's, I have read alot of peaple saying use Synthetic oil (Mobil 1) with the turbo engine. makes sense to me. But I know you should let a engine do it's break in on non synthetic oil. So what is a good mileage to switch at ?
