Volvo 850 ECC problem... 850 1993

Do you know how to clear those codes? They must all be read first, then cleared. Once cleared, if and when the LEDs flash again, re-check the codes and see what's current. I'd suspect that most of those are old codes and may not be relavent.
Don't jump to the conclusion that you need a new ECC control unit as that's an expensive guess.
As much as you might not like going to your dealer, most dealers can only charge you a limited amount of diagnostic time to diagnose a problem. Normally, it should be about 1 hour to diagnose that. You can easily spend alot more $$ by guessing if you're wrong.
