new to 850 need help 850 1993

hi all, i just bought a 850GLT 2.4or 2.5?/20V non Turbo. I'm having a few trouble with the 850.
1. The car didnt come with a owners manual i'm looking for a copy, if anyone can let me know where i could get a copy that will be very helpful, i wouldnt mind if it is not an original print.
2. I Coudnt get the Cruise Control engaged , i could feel the accelerator pedal moving slightly then it just disengages. Is there and chime or indication when the cruise ctrl gets engaged?
3. I have an amber indication on the instrument panel with an arrow pointing up. Is that the check engine msg? It Goes OFF when i press the WINTER switch on the center pedestal. What do i do?

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me out with these problems. Thanking in advance.
