power steering 850

i just got done replacing my steering pump reservoir...everything went great. I followed the directons for bleeding the system. now the wheel feels sluggish when i turn it, makes a wierd noise and bubbles form in the resevoir after i run the car. Also my serp belt is slipping off to the side.
any suggestions? did i not bleed correctly? any help would be great!
