Removing Cat. is Environmentally Unfriendly 850 1994

I find it to expensive.
I live in NY were yes there is emission testing but if you run the test through enough it ends up passing. Boarder line. If there so worried why arent there Cat converters on Lawner mowers. ATV, Motor cylces, Jet ski's, Snow mobiles. Hey some of those got alot worst emissions then a car. So i said screw the cat its an easy, cheap altenative then spending a thousand on a new exhaust unit. When now i can spend the money on and Rica ECU, and a Turbo duct kit and Big boge throttle body.
