Air Conditioning Malfunction S70 2000

I have an issue which my dealer is having a difficult time with. After about 30 minutes, my AC stops blowing normally, and makes a very loud, deep whirring sound. At first I thought it was my fan motor, but when the AC is not on, the fan works fine. The dealer has checked the refridgerant,put dye into system and has found that the system is holding the charge without issue.

Can anyone help?
