Warning lights but no fault codes 850

The flashing arrow is a symptom of a failing PNP switch. Most
commonly seen when it is cold. Once warmed up (car or the weather)
the problem is not seen as often. Eventually it fails but the
failure takes a while til it gets really bad. This is a very
common problem. Read up on this here:

Did the CE light turn itself off? Once on, they stay on
until reset with a diagnostic reader. If it turned off right
away then I would suspect an electrical problem (the ignition
switches are also a common problem area). More on that:
