Dipstick wire on diagnostic unit 850 1994

The damn thing is hanging by a thread. Does anyone know if it is possible to just replace the 14 guage (?) wire or do I need a whole new diagnostic unit?

~BTW i cleaned out my throttle body and EGR yesterday (with the help of bay 13 and a lot of previous threads on BB) and my pedal response is excellent. The stuff in there looked like black toothpaste. This was pretty much my first feat of mechanicsmanship and I wanted to say thanks for the help off this board. Rotors next!
