NOrmal for Cold weather? 850

When starting, the engine revs pretty high, to about 2300, stays for about a second, Then comes back down. Also, the first time i hit about 17mph (only when i start the car) i hear a faint noise, kinda of like a grind or something, but once i stop at a light, then go again the noise dosent happen. Also, i noticed my turbo has been lagging every so often, but there are no usual wear signs(like a squealing noise) After i floor it it ususally is ok, though sometimes will still lag. I checked my air filter, and it looked fine. I did have a fuel pump changed about 2 weeks ago, and noticed the problem since the change. I have 150k on my 95....
