HELP-Taking apart the tailgate to replace clips, stuck glove box and interior buzz 850 1994

Is there a easy way of taking apart the tailgate to replace the broken clips without just ripping the thing apart. It broke apart when I tried to replace the 3rd stoplight just above it. Also, I have an array of other problems in my 850 turbo wagon, including a hopelessly stuck glove box, and an annoying buzzing sound that seems to come from the interior paneling/plastic above the drivers side window, and hitting it doesn't work. (I've knocked it over a dozen times with no avail.) I love my wagon and I would like to fix the problems. And there are a lot more but I'll start with these.
