occasional stalling problem only when lights are on? 850 1993

At 140,000 miles ocassionally the 93 850 will stall while driving. Sometimes at 50 mph and sometimes at 5 mph. The tachometer comes down slowly and lights remain on. It only happens when the lights are on. I replaced the fuel pump relay and the battery, thinking it was an electrical thing. The dealer replaced the low speed sensor, plugs and wires. I can't figure it out and the dealer can not duplicate the stalling. The fuel pump is expensive to replace and that is what the dealer wants to do next.
Any thoughts?
