ELECTRIC WINDOWS ON S70-1998

Does anyone know why the "electric windows" operate irradically on the passenger side(usa)? no problems on driver side front or rear.

front passenger window will lower from driver master control but wont lift.
must be lifted from front passenger controls.
rear passenger window is worse.
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt from either master driver control or rear passenger side controls.
where do i start?
any ideas?
