No, the vibration does not get worse when braking. In fact the brakes are quiet and operating great. The vibration occurs/starts at 100km/hr (60m/hr) and then disappears at 110km. It appears as the wheels are out of balance, I just want to know how this could have happened. Weight fell off maybe? I'm confident the rotors are fine and true to spec...
